Ordering

  1. Can I purchase a print in person?
My limited edition pictures are only offered exclusively here on www.stlousipictures.com. A couple of years ago you were able to purchase in person in the St. Louis area at Poster Gallery next to Macy*s in Westfield West County Mall, however they have since closed. If you are interested in my artwork for your store, please contact me.
  2. Can I order online with my VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card without having a PayPal account?
Yes. StLouisPictures.com™ uses PayPal for credit card processing only; you do not have to register with PayPal to place an order, however, you are given the option at the end of your transaction to signup. If you would like to know of other ordering options please contact me.
  3. When I click on "add to cart" button(s) I'm redirected to PayPal's homepage instead of the PayPal shopping cart for StLouisPictures.com™. Why?
You may be using Netscape 8 or Mozilla. Paypal does not function correctly when using the Netscape Mozilla browser. If you are using Netscape 8 or Mozilla make sure you are viewing StLouisPictures.com™ as you would in Internet Explorer.
  4. Can I return a limited edition picture I purchased?
Yes. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase of my artwork. If for some reason you are not then I ask that you return the picture so you can receive your 100% refund. Please contact me if you need to return a picture.

Miscellaneous

  1. What is the difference between the Watercolor stock and Luster Finish mounted on Foam Board?
If you are you curious what the Watercolor stock or Luster Finish mounted on Foam Board looks and feels like request a free swatch and I will mail you a swatch from a random picture.

  3. Why are the pictures not framed?
Framing adds to the weight of shipping and can be damaged in the process. For example, glass and wood can both break in the shipping process. Luster Finish Mounted on Foam Board pictures come with an easle on the back for quick display. Please see my framing recommendations for more details on your framing needs.
  4. Will a copyright statement be visible on the picture that I order?

Schuessler". If you order a "Silver Series" you will see that text displayed below the title.

As of October 11, 2009, all media versions, Enhanced Textured (Watercolor) and Photo Luster (Glossy), will come with foam board but they will not be mounted so that your framing selections will be wider and depth of the picture will not be an issue.
